Microsoft will release several of the previously announced features for Windows 11 starting Tuesday. The company says that these include tabs in File Explorer and iCloud Photos integration in the Photos app.
Microsoft says the features will be in an optional preview release from Tuesday and the stable version of Windows 11 with the November update. Besides the tabs in File Explorer and the integration of iCloud Photos, if users have installed the corresponding app, there are more new features.
For example, the taskbar gets an overflow menu with icons of apps that there is no space, and users can go to the task manager by right-clicking on the taskbar. There will also be an option in Windows that suggests actions when selecting text. With a date, this concerns the creation of a calendar item, for example. The features were all announced earlier this year.
