SopitaAm is a virus. SopitaAm gathers browsing data and redirects your browser’s new tab and search queries through unknown search engines.

Remove SopitaAm

Uninstall SopitaAm extension from Google Chrome

1. Open Google Chrome
2. Type chrome://extensions/ in the Google Chrome address bar and press ENTER on your keyboard.
3. Find the “SopitaAm” browser extension and click Remove.

Uninstall SopitaAm extension from Firefox

1. Open Firefox
2. Type about:addons in the Firefox address bar and press ENTER on your keyboard.
3. Find the “SopitaAm” browser extension and click the three dots on the right of the SopitaAm extension.
   Select Remove from the menu to remove SopitaAm from the Firefox browser.

Uninstall SopitaAm add-on from Internet Explorer

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click the menu (wrench icon) in the top right.
3. Open Manage Addons from the menu.
4. Remove SopitaAm from Extensions and Toolbars.
5. On the left open Search Providers settings.
6. Find SopitaAm Search and Remove SopitaAm Search.

Do you still have SopitaAm in Internet Explorer?

1. Open Windows Control Panel.
2. Go to Uninstall a program.
3. Click “installed on” column to sort the recently installed applications by date.
4. Select SopitaAm and click Uninstall.
5. Follow SopitaAm uninstall instructions.
